Hi, I’m Daniyal!
I am a Sales Operations Intern at RB Pakistan. After being here for almost five weeks, I have been learning from my peers about the RB culture. I’ve been spending most of my time working on the very basics of the structure, on the fields. I believe that’s important as that’s where you start looking when you need to identify any problems or make improvements.
RB products can be spotted in the majority of households in Pakistan. It has a portfolio of some of the best health, hygiene and home products – allowing it to be a true winning leader in the market. I have experienced that RB is one of the fastest growing companies and it is open to ideas. People around me say RB gives employees endless opportunities to excel in a fast-paced environment. What excites me about working in the company is this environment. People offer to help you at every step of the way. Everybody is extremely approachable and their door is always open to you. They motivate you and give you confidence. Talking specifically about working in Sales Operations department, it’s an adventure. There is a lot happening here, with the staff constantly pushing for numbers. Every day, you find new reasons and ways to deliver the numbers, and every day, you get to see innovation, and problems being solved in different ways. You see people striving to achieve difficult targets, and brilliant results.

My days on the field have been most exciting. I have been riding on the streets of Karachi, Hyderabad, Mirpur Khas, and Tando Allah Yaar with employees and have witnessed our products in every store we come across. I have been making notes for my research as I walked past the stores. Those aspiring to join RB will likely enjoy this unique working environment. In the end, you feel rewarded and end up enjoying your work.
